Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns of opened, used, or damaged items after delivery.
Returns may only be considered for products that:
- Arrive damaged during shipping
- Are incorrect due to a fulfillment error
- Remain unopened and in original condition (subject to approval)
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item received
- Product damaged during transit
- Order not delivered due to carrier error
- Approved return request
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds or returns:

- Used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Clearance or promotional items
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or an approved warranty-related issue.
